Jon Beacham is an artist (and former book dealer) who used to be based in Beacon NY, but is now in Brooklyn where he operates a letterpress out of his Williamsburg studio. I’ve used him to do a couple projects and they’ve all turned out well. Jon has a good aesthetic and has offered great advice on how to reduce the price of projects without sacrificing quality.

Awesome offset printer you can trust with more difficult tasks (bindings etc) even if you can’t actually go to the printer. They also have a big network of smaller, specialized printers and binders when neccessary. And they answer the telephone and are super friendly!

The one and only letterpress printer in central Stockholm, maybe in all of Stockholm, run by one person, the amazing Thomas Asplund. You can trust Thomas as he will tell you if something does or doesn’t work. We print more or less every ‘smaller’ thing we do here and can’t recommend him enough! (http://vimeo.com/3293836)
